Crisp, dry, crunchy and fruity on the palate with a tense acid line contrasted by a core of fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet, apple and lemon, gooseberry and tropical fruits. Taut acidity provides good energy to the concentrated fruit, which shows weight, depth and a complex range of flavours. Fine-textured chalky minerals extend a silken texture to an elegant palate. This vibrant yet serious Sauvignon Blanc shows style and quality fruit in a pure, refined expression and a dusty, long finish. Delicious young, this attractively scented wine was grown in the upper Awatere Valley. Clark Estate
Clark Estate er et ægte familievinfirma, der sætter en ære i at være dynamisk, dynamisk, kraftfuld og ægte. Rejsen begyndte for Peter og Jane Clark tilbage i 1998, da de besluttede sig for at rejse til Marlborough, plante en vinmark for at leve af jorden. Mere end 20 år senere bliver vores vine eksporteret og nydt over hele verden. Vi tror stærkt på ærlige familieværdier, exceptionel kvalitet og prompte service. Med vores vine viser vi virkelig det bedste af det, Marlborough kan tilbyde.

Godt koncept, value for money, og dejlig vin. Ikke sidste gang, jeg køber hos Cowine.
Min kone og jeg har i mange år undgået franske vine, men med denne vin har vi definitivt skiftet mening. Det er den bedste vin vi har smagt i mange år. Hvis det bliver muligt, skal vi have en del flasker mere.
Men vin fra Clark Estate er noget at se frem til og det er værd at vente på ..tak til Cowine.
Kæmpe anbefaling af deres roséer, begge niveauer! De er fantastiske!!! Og de hvidvine er klart vores nye hvide sommer favorit!
Vi købte en smagekasse og alle vinene var intet mindre end fantastiske. Vi vil nu genbestille favoritten; Sancerre blanc...
Vi er blæst bagover af den høje kvalitet til yderst rare recessions-vrnlige priser! Vi kommer igen!
Så fik vi en ny hus-champagne her i huset! Alt hvad vi elsker ved god Champagne og så til meget fornuftige priser! Vi er hooked ;-)
En fantastisk hvidvin, som vi håber vil blive gentaget (selvom etiketten siger "kan ikke gentages"). Gonzalo Celayeta overrasker og fascinerer os med hans vine som vi nu har kødt 2 gange. Første gang en smagekasse og anden gang genbestilling af denne kapitel 2 og El piano! Ekstrem god value for money.
Fantastiske champagner med en virkelig fin smag. Fantastisk dejlig toastede (gær) toner, mandel, æbler og marcipan. Mere frugtig end tør, på grund af den høje procentdel Pinot Meunier sandsynligvis. Superb balance med velblanceret syrlighed. Supergodt køb.
Fantastisk levende og frisk drik. Lette frugter og en der giver lyst til bare lidt mere. Lol.

Vi startede fra toppen og åbnede de dyreste flasker fra det udvalg, som vi havde valgt. Det var mildest talt en ‘wunderbar’ oplevelse i smag, duft, farve og de evigt strømmende bobler. Tak!
Det er i mine øjne noget af det bedste vin jeg har smagt fra Spanien. Elegant og utroligt fokuseret - ganske enkelt vin der bare nydes. Købte en blandet smagekasse. Glæder mig til genkøb!
En af de allerbedste mousserende vine jeg nogensinde har smagt - inkl. mange af de bedste fra Champagne.... Afsingigt godt køb!
